Hypnobirthing and antenatal courses

So what is hypnobirthing anyway? Sounds pretty hippie and "woo" when actually, it's evidence based antenatal education that can give you everything you need to birth how you want. My hypnobirthing courses are nonsense free, trauma informed, empowering, and inclusive. That means there will be no trace of toxic positivity, I have understanding that not every brain works the same and therefore needs different guidance for visualising, and all language is inclusive and aware of different backgrounds and experiences. Most of all, they're fun and interactive, because getting you giggling and excited is only going to make you feel wonderful about birth.
