The Full Doula Package

This care package includes everything you would expect from a doula. This includes: 

• Ongoing support through your pregnancy via email/text/phone calls. 

• Two antenatal visits. 

• Support with birth planning, navigating antenatal appointments, talking through your needs...

• On call as of 38 weeks. 

• Birth attendance. 

• 5 hours of postnatal care (including feeding support, babywearing demos, emotional and physical care, light housework...)

• Birth pool (if required).
